Such doctors who are provisionally registered with Madhya Pradesh Medical Council and who need NOC for registration in State Medical Council of other state, they should contact Madhya Pradesh Medical Council. There is no facility of online application for provisional registration. Provisional Registration / Permanent Registration / Reciprocal Registration / Additional / Duplicate Permanent & Additional Registration / N. O. C. / For Good Standing Certificate (MPMC) the applicant will have to submit the application online through User Profile. If the User Profile of the applicant has not been created, So the applicant has to first create his User Profile by going to User Profile Creation. Enter your correct mobile number in User Profile only. The mobile number entered in the User Profile will be the user ID of the applicant. OTP received on the said mobile number. Must be entered in login. Enter the registration number, your name and other information in your user profile as mentioned in your registration certificate and other records. Applicants can amend their user profile and application before making payment, but there will be no modification in user profile after making payment. Fill your details correctly in the User Profile. Once the user profile is created, there will be no modification in it. In case of any error / deficiency in the application, the application will be sent back by the concerned college or council. Applicants can modify and resubmit the application from their user profile.
